Successful culmination of projects for singular buildings

During the month of July we successfully closed two projects: Detailed Engineering for the Carabobo Penitentiary City and the integral management of the building of the gymnasium at the Metropolitan University Sports City (Ciudad Deportiva de la Universidad Metropolitana)

The first of these projects, executed for the firm SEGEMA, included the development of the detail engineering for the construction of the new Carabobo Penitentiary City with which we further cement the relationship we have established with this company for the past four years.

The contract executed for FUNDAMET consisted of the global management of the construction of the roofed gymnasium of the Metropolitan University Sports City Project (“Ciudad del deporte de la Universidad Metropolitana”), which is designed for multiple uses, such as table tennis, basketball, indoor soccer and athletics, and has a multi-force machine room and warehouse.

“OTEPI has extensive experience in the execution of projects related to infrastructure, having accumulated more than 2 million man-hours in contracts of this nature. It has developed projects for buildings, industrial plants, for land, cargo and aerial terminals, for bridges and highways, urban infrastructure and landscaping, for sports, hospital and hotel installations, subway and railway public transportation systems, hydroelectric and maritime works, and for the recovery of cultural installations, among others”, comments Gilberto de Jesús, Engineer.

SEGEMA is a Venezuelan construction firm.

FUNDAMET is a foundation created in 1970 with the mission of contributing to the development, equipping and financing of the Metropolitan University and of the activities it undertakes or which complement its mission.
