At the beginning of this year, OTEPI created and launched a new business unit that provides national and international markets with services related to Information Technology (IT) |

“Our intention is to supply our clients with a very flexible array of technological services directed towards the planning, development, management and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, both at the public and private levels,” comments Clover Brito, the director of this new business unit.
But, what does OTEPI TI offer?
“We can group our services in four major categories:
1. The planning of the IT structure. We’ll sit down with our clients and analyze their company’s needs and how to create the infrastructure that responds to them in the most cost-efficient way possible.
2. We develop it for them.
3. We provide them with the management and maintenance services for the infrastructure, which is basically creating the “help-desk” service, which consists of providing all of its employees with a unique contact point for the management and resolution for their IT problems; and, finally,
4. Our talented team of young software developers produce and implement the applications necessary to facilitate their business processes.
In essence, we’re offering our know-how to companies that require an information technology service, but don’t know quite where to start or how to manage it.
