Strategy

At OTEPI we have at our disposal a unique and coherent Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSE&Q) policy that allows the integration of management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 standards, at the same time making it easier to understand the main aspects of the business: to offer solutions, to guarantee the satisfaction of the client, the personnel quality, the values and principles, a healthy and safe work environment, the use of the best practices and technologies, in compliance with regulations and risk prevention, as well as continuous improvement.

We plan, execute, assure, control, measure and improve the management, the assurance and control of health, safety, environment and quality of the projects by applying the strategies summarized in the following outline:

 

Results

We measure and have statistics on safety index, client satisfaction index, product compliance index, productivity index. We analyze the information and make decisions in order to reach operative excellence.

This innovative HSE&Q system has the necessary elements to comply with the current laws and regulations, to satisfy the needs of our clients regarding health, safety and environmental matters; as well as to assure the compliance of the products, the delivery time, the costs associated with the projects and to learn from our successes and errors. This system also meets with the expectations of our employees, suppliers, subcontractors and the communities in which we carry out our activities.

The education of our people regarding HSE&Q matters is a very important part in the maintenance and improvement of the system. That is why we regularly hold workshops and carry out campaigns to promote health, security, environment and quality in the offices and in the projects.
