In OTEPI we assume Social Responsibility as the ethical commitment of our companies to contribute to sustainable economic development, by working with the employees, their families, the local community and society in general in order to improve the quality of life of the population and, with that, improve the development of the country.

It is a rational activity with clearly defined objectives and goals that function in two aspects:

The internal aspect: centered in the relationship between the company and its employees which covers:

• work and organization conditions,
• health and hygiene programs at work,
• social programs for the employees and their families,
• personnel development,
• integration and participation of its people in the company.

The external aspect: aimed at the relations with our surroundings and which considers:

• quality of the services generated,
• institutional relations,
• actions that benefit the community,
• personnel development,
• effects of company activities on the environment.
