At OTEPI we count on different discussion and rendering
of accounts in the diverse business areas.
The Board of
Directors
Is the authority responsible for obtaining reasonable
results for the associates and for supervising the performance
of the operations.
Risks Committee
The Committee is made up of members of the Board
of Directors and General Management to follow-up and make timely
decisions in order to optimize risk in Corporation activities.
Management Committee
The entity that jointly analyzes management as
a whole, by defining and following-up on strategic matters of
the organization. Proposals to the Presidency are generated and
guidelines are received from the Presidency. Senior Management
participates.
Operations Committee
The entity that jointly analyzes management as
a whole, by defining and following-up on strategic matters of
the organization. Proposals to the Presidency are generated and
guidelines are received from the Presidency. Senior Management
participates.
Development Committee
The entity that analyzes, establishes and follows-up
on the commercial strategies and goals, on client satisfaction
and makes decisions regarding offers and bidding processes, analyzes
the market situation and the opportunities according to the target
markets. Participation of the General Management, Senior and Middle
Management, members of the Business Development Unit and special
guests according to the agenda.
Committee of
Safety and Health in the Workplace
This entity is for regular and periodic consultation
on policies, programs, management systems and actions regarding
safety and health at work. The participants are workers’
representatives (prevention delegates) and representatives from
the company, in equal numbers for each work center; other people
also participate whenever it is considered convenient.
Technology Committee
This is a forum to discuss technological development strategies
that support our business, including information systems, communications
and systems/tools that are directly related to the medullar
or organizational support processes. This committee guarantees
the fulfillment of one of the guiding principles of our Health,
Safety, Environment and Quality policy, by using the best practices
and technologies in the execution of our activities.
