Development of detail engineering for the bidding, contracting and construction stages of the new penitentiary city project in Coro. The scope of the detail engineering includes the execution of all plans and documents necessary and sufficient for the construction of the project, for each engineering discipline. The development of detailed designs of all structures, services, infrastructure and facilities necessary for the diverse stages of construction, resources and overall functioning of the Penitentiary City, as well as setting up connections between service centers to each defined point within the functional limits of all the facility units to be built, in order to have all the necessary information for subsequent purchase, procurement, construction and commissioning of each functional unit.

In regards to Town Planning and Exterior works, the town planning detail Engineering includes detailed design of: Earth movement (Plot of 600m x 280m = 168,000m2), Plazas and internal streets (38,613m2), Sports fields (17,000m2), Ring-road wall and perimetral fences (1,210m2), Internal roadways, parking lots and security safeways, fresh water distribution system, Sewage collection, treatment and disposal system, System of collection and final disposal of rainwater, Landscaping, gardening and green areas, Fresh water supply (feed, storage tank and pump system), access roadway from Falcón-Zulia to the penitentiary entrance, Leveeing the Toro ravine (western end of the site).

The scope of the Project includes Technical Management and Inspection of the Rehabilitation Works of the Puerto Cabello-Barquisimeto and Yaritagua-Acarigua Lines, including the General, Technical and Administrative Direction of the Project and the rehabilitation works that it comprises, as well as the Management and Supervisión of the project, from the review of the studies and engineering to the commissioning of the system.
An inspection of the construction of civil and Electromechanics works was also carried out in reference to the manufacture of the Integral Equipment System (Signaling, Control, Telecommunications and Auxiliary Systems), Inspection of assembly, testing equipment at the stations, routes and railyards, workshops, testing readiness and start-up of the signaling, communications and auxiliary systems.
Electromechanic detail engineering of four passenger stations, La Rinconada, Coche, Mercado and Los Jardines, a 69kV electricity substation, the El Valle maintenance pit and the tunnels of the Caracas Metro transport system.
The engineering developed is related to electromechanical, sanitary, communications and security works.
With this project the future Greater Caracas station of the Caracas - Valle del Tuy railway will be connected.
EPC Project to build thirteen buildings in the Hamaca project, located on the northern side of the plant. Basically, there will be two types of buildings: A concrete structured building (Laboratory, Change house, Guard station) and steel structured buildings (Warehouse, Administration, Workshop, Fire Station, Auto-mechanics station, Cafeteria, Catalyzer storage). FINMET project – handling of materials and structures

Auxiliary constructions: administration building of 3,060m2, dining area 882m2, laboratory 495m2, entrance gatehouse 450m2, nursing station 196m2, fire station and risk control 200m2, dressing rooms and bathrooms 620m2, workshop and warehouse 2,210m2). Included the technical information required by Orinoco Iron for the administration of permits and field support from the office, assignment of personnel to develop field engineering and supervise works, quality assurance and control, planning and control, contract administration.
Detail Engineering and Construction Management of 13 new works and remodeling of 9 existing sports facilities in Yaracuy State for the XII National Youth Games, as well as remodeling the Intercomunal Hotel. The scope of the work included Planning and Control, General Cost Estimates, Contract Administration and Construction Management with personnel assigned to inspect and audit the works, field engineering and sports architecture.
The Construction Management activities are: quality assurance, planning and control of works, estimate and cost controls, and administration of 180 contracts with 30 contractors.
The scope included preparation of bidding packages, analysis of technical-economic offers and closing contracts to finish the temple and additionaly: Landscaping, Access roadways, Electric Installations, Mechanical Installations, and Fire-fighting System.
